Want to manage your card without the hassle?

When was the last time you left home without your bank card? Let’s face it…these days it’s pretty rare. With something you use this often, taking good care of it is a big priority.

Fortunately, in ING’s mobile app, taking care of your Orange Everyday card is as easy as a few taps of your thumb. You can:
• Notify us about using your card overseas
• Report a lost or stolen card
• Replace a damaged card.

Here are a few scenarios where you might need to manage your card and how you can handle it easily with the ING app.

Do you have a holiday coming up?

Let’s say you’re going on a holiday. Your bags are packed, you’ve got your itinerary planned, and you’ve made it to the airport on time. But wait! You haven’t told your bank about your trip yet! Never fear – here’s how to do it in a few taps with the ING app so we can keep a watchful eye on your security while you’re away.

Android

1. Log in and select your Orange Everyday account
2. Tap menu icon on the top left hand corner of the screen
3. Tap the settings button at the top right of the menu that opens
4. Select “Use card overseas”
5. Enter your travel dates and travel destinations

Apple

1. Log in and select your Orange Everyday account

Need to report lost or stolen card?

You’re rushing to work on a rainy day and you trip as you’re running for your bus. To your horror, you see your bank card slip out of your wallet, into the water, and down the drain. There’s no need to worry though – you can replace your card quick smart in the app. Here’s what you do.

Android

1. Log in and select your Orange Everyday Account
2. Tap the drop down menu next to the account name
3. Select “Report lost or stolen card”
4. Follow the prompts, confirm your address, and you’ll get a new card sent to you

Apple

Replace damaged card

You’ve had your card for a while now but you can see it’s on its last legs. The edges are frayed. There’s a crack running down the middle. It might be time to say goodbye to your old friend. With ING you can do it quickly and easily with a few taps.

2. Tap the drop down menu next to the account name
3. Hit “Replace damaged card”
4. Follow the prompts, confirm your address, and you’ll get a new card sent to you
